When registering for HookSend UPI, we collect verified business information including your legal name, email address, mobile phone number, company/brand name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, and PAN card number to satisfy merchant compliance and anti-fraud mandates.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

• To generate dynamic QR codes and authenticate merchant terminal sessions.
• To dispatch security one-time passwords (OTPs) and account access notifications via email.
• To verify business identity and prevent unauthorized financial impersonation.

3. Security & Cryptographic Storage

Passwords are never stored in plaintext and are protected using PBKDF2 with unique cryptographic salts. Sensitive session tokens are protected via HTTPS transmission and TLS encryption. Aadhaar and PAN records are restricted to authenticated administrator oversight.

4. Third-Party Data Transmission

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is strictly communicated with authorized identity validation services and encrypted bank UPI settlement APIs necessary to execute dynamic QR generation.
