Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Technical API Services

HookSend UPI provides merchant software access and API infrastructure for generating dynamic payment intents. Due to the digital and instant activation nature of our API access, subscription fees paid for software tiers (such as Growth Pro or Enterprise) are non-refundable once activated.

2. End-Customer Payments to Merchants

HookSend UPI is strictly a technology software vendor and is NOT involved in the collection, custody, or settlement of funds between end-customers and merchants. If an end-customer requests a refund for goods or services purchased from a merchant, the customer must contact the merchant directly.

The merchant must initiate any refunds through their own bank or merchant dashboard (e.g. Paytm Business app).

3. Subscription Cancellation

Merchants may cancel their plan renewal at any time by contacting our support desk at upi@hooksend.in. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle without further automatic renewals.
